Behind ANNA ROUGE is Anna Mundet, a makeup and hair team director with over 15 years of experience across television, advertising, fashion, runway shows and large-scale events. Her career has led her to specialise in the management, coordination and direction of teams in high-demand environments, where organisation and responsiveness make all the difference.
ANNA ROUGE is an agency specialising in the end-to-end management of makeup, hair and styling teams for productions, corporate events, television, fashion and large-scale weddings. Beyond technical execution, we provide a complete solution covering everything from planning and team selection to real-time coordination and supervision.
Throughout her career, Anna has led highly complex projects, including the direction of makeup for the Premis Princesa de Girona and the institutional Diada de Catalunya galas broadcast by 3Cat, for four consecutive years.
She has also led teams across multiple television galas and institutional events, as well as private productions, conventions and high-end weddings. In recent years, she has coordinated teams of up to 60 professionals, managing multiple large-scale events simultaneously while consistently ensuring cohesion, quality and adherence to schedules.
